These terms cover your use of Journeyed at https://journeyed.ai. By reading or using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Who we are

Journeyed is operated by Cloute LLC, a Utah limited liability company. You can reach us at hello@journeyed.ai.

What the site is

Journeyed publishes independent information about hotels and local businesses. Each fact shows its source and the date it was last checked.

Information can change after we check it. Prices, fees, hours, policies and amenities are set by each business, so please confirm anything important with the business before you rely on it.

No booking is made on Journeyed. When you book, you deal with the hotel or booking site directly, on their terms.

Rankings and sponsorship

Scores and rankings come from the formula described in our methodology. Payment never changes a score, a rank or whether a business is listed. Sponsored items are labelled Sponsored and are never part of a ranked list. Our sponsorship policy has the details.

Acceptable use

People and AI agents are welcome to read the site, as allowed by our robots.txt and described on For AI agents.

• Do not try to disrupt, overload or break into the site, or get around its limits.
• Reports sent through Rate your stay must be honest, first-hand and about a real stay in the last 12 months.
• Do not send reports for a business you own, work for or compete with, and do not send reports in exchange for payment or other rewards.

We may remove or decline any report. Reports are published only as anonymous counts, never as individual reviews or with your name.

Third-party content and links

Hotel pages may link to videos provided through YouTube API Services. By using these features you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms). The Google Privacy Policy also applies to those videos. Our privacy page explains what we keep about them.

Instagram posts shown on a page appear through Instagram's official embed and are subject to Instagram's terms.

Photos are credited on our photo credits page and stay under their own licenses.

Links to other sites are for your convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.

Intellectual property

The text, the compilation and arrangement of data, and the design of Journeyed belong to Cloute LLC. Facts themselves are not owned by anyone, and you are free to state them.

Data from other sources is used under its own license, and you must respect those licenses if you reuse it. Photos under Creative Commons licenses keep their licenses and credits.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site and its information are provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness and fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent the law allows.

To the extent the law allows, Cloute LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss that comes from relying on information on the site. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
