Sponsorship policy

Sponsored placements are labelled "Sponsored", appear above the ranked list and never inside it, and are limited to 2 per page.

A hotel can be sponsored on a question only when its own Fit Score is at least 60. Its card shows that unchanged score.

Payment never changes a score, a rank or whether a hotel is listed. The scoring code cannot read sponsorship data, and a test fails the build if it ever could.
